Established in 2004, Marvel Art Gallery has transformed the Indian
Contemporary art by creating an alternative market for affordable art
in the form of limited edition serigraphs. The company has been
successful in creating awareeness in Gujarat about art as a decorative,
cultural importance and investment oppurtunity. Marvel presently has over
thousand works of art of about 150 artists in its collection.
Chaitya Dhanvi Shah started his career at the age of 20 and was
the youngest curator in India. He has also achieved Sotheby’s certification
for Art and Fair course as well as for International business. In 2011, they
formed an art foundation named Marvel Art Foundation in order to nurture
and promote young students having creative minds focusing on Indian
culture.
