Celebrating ‘graphic’ wonders

It was a special show to celebrate a very special occasion.
An exhibition of graphic prints of about 40 artists has been
organised by Marvel art gallery. Interestingly, under the head
of graphics comes the woodcut,lithograph, etching, serigraphs
and wood engraving.The exhibition titled ‘National Printmaking
portfolio’ is a unique show where many senior print-makers and
young artists from different parts of India have showcased their
work.
This exhibition has put together works of KG Subramanyan, Aparna
Kaur, Jeram Patel, Amit Ambalal, Haku Shah, Sanat Kar and Jyoti
Bhatt. The inauguration of the exhibition saw lighting of the lamp by
noted printmakers and artists. Present on the occasion were Anil Relia,
Parmanand Dalwadi, Vrundavan Solanki, Chitra Solanki, Gajendra Shah,
Manan and Ishani Relia.
